Made in our Adelaide factory, these boots feature a classic chisel-square toe and flat heel with sewn welt leather-sole construction, yearling leather uppers and leather lining.This boot is crafted using a men’s sized last.

Leather Sole

The Leather Sole was the first Sole used by R.M.Williams when he made his first pair of boots and used now days in the making of the Classic Craftsman.The leather sole is best suited to use as a dress boot, office work and casual horse riding.

Boots that have a leather sole are generally leather lined the exception being the Comfort N Sole. Customers that buy boots with the leather sole generally like the firm feel of the leather sole it can feel quite hard to some.

It is not the sole to choose if you are doing a lot of walking on pavement or abrasive surfaces as it will wear quicker than a rubber or composite sole.The benefits are it is not quite as heavy as the comfort sole, it has more feel and it has a slimmer welt.

Care instructions

To remove scuff marks and maintain colour use R.M.William lustre boot polish. To nourish and maintain leather suppleness use R.M.Williams leather conditioner. To remove dirt and grime use R.M.Williams leather cleaner. For a high shine use R.M Williams instant shine pads
