Love these boots. Beautiful and comfy.

Stunning boots but I ordered the wrong width. Emailed them immediately after placing the order but they read the email a day after shipping the boots. I sent the boots back express shipping and tracking shows it was delivered on Tuesday but I am still waiting to receive the B width. No shipping or tracking details sent yet.
Emailed and called a few times but unable to reach them. Hoping I’ll get the boots soon.
