Beautiful Boots

Lovely boots! Great fit and comfort, as always with Ariat. Brilliant service from the Stable Door, I’m a repeat customer and will continue to support this business ☺️

Poor service, rude staff,

I purchased these boots to wear when showing western. I am usually a size 8, however, the staff member convinced me to size down to the 7 as the 8's were big. Unfortunately when I attended the show (interstate) after being on my feet walking around when I needed to wear them I couldn't get my feet into the boots whatsoever. I carefully packed up the boots to return when I got home and bought another pair as I can't compete without any boots.

On returning home I was told that they had been worn and I couldn't return them for a store credit, or anything because they were missing the tag that slips over over the boot for display and the tissue paper inside.

I returned again (a 1hour round trip) after reading the ACCC website to be told that the manager doesn't work weekends and to come back on Monday. The staff took photos of the boots and apparently sent them to Ariat and was told they weren't in a condition to re-sell. I asked for the photos to be sent to me 2 weeks ago with the areas where the boots are considered unsellable to be circled. I did not receive this. I was told they would speak to the owner of the store about a discount for jeans I had on order, but again, silence.

So I am out $425 and had $300 worth of jeans on order as I was a fairly regular customer, however not interested in purchasing from here ever again. It seems loyalty, and recommendations by word of mouth are not respected by this store. Their products can be purchased from many other stores, that will appreciate my hard earned money.

Pretty in Pink

These Boots are a must have, they are super comfortable, with great sole feel and cushioning in the balls of your feet, and inbuilt arches, and the Pink embroidery is the icing on the boots.. I can wear them all day with no foot pain or back pain. I would totally recommend them for the absolute boot dreamer. Just buy them. They are a investment for life not a season... 😍😍😍
